When it comes to individuality you can't beat a Citroën.
Citroën started out with the intention of creating reliable cars. Now they're well known for their unique look, practical layout and indeed for being reliable. They have a car that will suit you, whatever you're looking for. Here are a few of our favourites from small hatchbacks to MPVs.

C3 - Comfortable supermini with personality

If you're looking for a small car with heaps of character then the C3 is just perfect. It offers fantastic value for money when it comes to running costs, with diesel versions getting as much as 65mpg. What's more it's an inexpensive choice when purchasing too with prices between 10 and 14k depending on the model. It also feels a little more spacious than your average supermini thanks to the large windscreen.

C4 Picasso - Space for your family

If you need a reliable car to transport your brood then you'll be hard pressed to find a better MPV than the C4 Picasso. Available in both 5 and 7 seater incarnations it's designed to fit your family, and that doesn't just mean in terms of seat numbers. There's more storage than you can shake a stick at and tons of family friendly details that make it seriously practical. What's more with prices between £16k and £22k and comparably good MPG figures it's an excellent small MPV that's both stylish and superbly practical.

DS3 - Seriously stylish

The DS3 is one of our absolute favourite Citroëns. It's a stunning little car, and perfectly practical too. The exterior is stylish and the interior is finished to a high standard, plus with all the lovely little details it's easy to forget it's just a small hatchback. As you'd expect running costs are reasonable and price is very much dependant on the version you choose.

DS4 - A car that works for you

At around £20k for the new model, and a choice of diesel or petrol, and indeed 1.6 or 2.0 litre variants there's plenty to choose from with the DS4. Better looking than the C4 it's a reminder of Citroën's quirky past, and we like it! The e-HDI model gets 64.2mpg. Great if you're watching the pennies!

Berlingo -Perfectly practical

It may not be the prettiest car out there, but if you need a car with plenty of space in the back whether it's for transporting luggage, bikes, wheelchair space or even if you just have a large dog and want them to have enough room back there then the Berlingo is the perfect car for you. It offers fantastic value for money, an incredible amount of boot space and it's highly economical to run. The Berlingo is the be all and end all of practicality.

Overall Citroën have a car to suit you, no matter what your needs and they all offer plenty of character and indeed a wide range or practical features. Citroën's range at Evans Halshaw is well thought out, and definitely sticks to their original aim of offering quality, reliable cars, plus they're at reasonable prices too!
