The Type B18 was a limited edition of 1200 enlarged B14Gs intended for export to the Far East. They were all fitted with right hand drive and had an enlarged track of 1.42 m.
The picture above is of a left-hand drive B14G since, to the best of my knowledge, there are no photographs of this model.
