Axel

The Oltcit Axel was sold by Citroën dealers in some western European markets but was not a great commercial success - indeed thanks to atrocious quality control in Romania each Axel sold cost the company US$100 in warranty claims.. The Axel was never officially imported into Britain. All the pictures on this page are courtesy of Nigel Wild of the Citroën Car Club .
