Thanks to Dr Ricardo Brunás for these pictures.
The Gringa was based on the underpinnings of other IES vehicles - 2CV engine and transmission but wishbone and leaf spring suspension.  The Gringa was not a great success - it was reckoned to suffer from numerous mechanical defects.
