At the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2003, Citroën is showing several new variants of its new baby, the C2.CITROËN C2 DRIVEABILITY ON OPEN ROADS AND CITY STREETS Citroën launches the C2 on 12 September 2003. With the C2, Citroën extends its vehicle range while also meeting the requirements frequently expressed by buyers of compact 3-door vehicles. |

A TRUE TOURER At launch, the C2 will offer a choice of four power plants: three petrol engines 1.1i, 1.4i and 1.6i 16V developing between 61 bhp and 110 bhp, and a 1.4 HDi diesel engine developing 70 bhp. |

A TALENTED CITY CAR A compact car with a practical and original tailgate and a wide range of equipment including a reversing radar and folding power rearview mirrors, the C2 is at ease both in the city and on the open road. OUTSTANDING PROTECTION FOR THE OCCUPANTS In terms of safety, the C2 is a front-runner in its segment with ESP, ABS, emergency braking assistance and six front and side airbags. STYLE AND CHARACTER The C2 is a car that brings dynamic performance to mind with its striking style and strong personality.
