The Ami 6 and Ami 8 were also built by Citroën Hispania in Vigo from 1967 to 1978, but they not called "Ami" because there was a brand of "Ami" cookies and it was not possible to use the mark in any other product.
The Ami 6 Berline was never built in Spain.
